  The 24-hour Robot service is THE BEST! I drive over 20 min to this location because I know that the robot machine is sitting in this lobby 24/7 waiting for me. I have been there in middle of the night, on Sundays and holidays. I ALWAYS know I can mail any small package from the robot whenever I want - at my convenience and during emergencies. I notice the human staff oftentimes leave an abundant supply of Priority Mail and Express Delivery envelopes and boxes in the lobby, but I keep my own supply as a back-up. I also visit the robot during business hours to avoid the long lines. Why bother when you can be in and out in 5 min? Turns out, I don't need a human being to help me with my transaction. Me and this Amazing Machine can do it together

  The USPS staff here are always friendly, filled with smiles and extremely helpful. The lines can be a bit long, and sometimes only 2 out of the 4 counters are open. So it can be a bit of a drag waiting around... though the staff are pretty fast and get through the lines quickly. The self-service machine is a big help to dispense shipping labels quickly.

  I have been here several times and the staffs here are always helpful, efficient and friendly. Last time one lady helped me tape my package securely but I found it's heavier so it became more expensive and the lady helped remove some tapes again to lose some weight. This time, there were 3 people in front of me but it only took less than 10 minutes to finish all the works.
